By accessing or using MyLocalFinds (“MLF”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MLF helps people browse local items and services by location and category. Some listings may link to third-party platforms. MLF is not a party to transactions between users and third parties unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Prohibited use
- Illegal content or activity.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, or attempts to deceive others.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or exploitation.
- Collecting personal data from users without permission.
- Interfering with the Service (scraping beyond allowed interfaces, abusing endpoints, bypassing rate limits, etc.).
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access.
4. Content and moderation
You are responsible for content you submit. We may remove or restrict content to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users and the Service. We are not obligated to host or display any content.

MLF may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactions.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, or outcomes. Use common sense and safe practices for local transactions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLF and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or pose risk to users or the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
